When can I edit my order? [back to top]
You can shop our entire store anytime before your order cut-off time — except for organic produce. In order to offer you the best of what's fresh, organic produce items (fruits, veggies & herbs) populate the Wednesday before the coming delivery week (delivery weeks run Sunday through Saturday). With the exception of organic produce items, your account allows you to shop up to four weeks into the future.

Your order cut-off time is 11 a.m. the day before the order delivery day, except it's noon on Sundays. After this point you will not be able to edit your order in your account.

The answer is easy, you don't! Shopping with Mile High Organics eliminates check out lanes and lugging groceries home. Simply place items in your shopping cart and whatever is in your cart come cut-off time is what we bring to your door the very next day.
How does billing work? [back to top]
All billing occurs on the credit card entered in your account. Credit cards are billed shortly after your order cut-off time, the day before your delivery.

Delivery on all orders over $75 is FREE. For orders under that size, there is a $7.99 charge.
*A small fee applies to orders in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Evergreen, and the mountain towns on I-70 from Evergreen to Eagle.
When can I expect my delivery? [back to top]
Your order arrives anytime between 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. on your specified delivery day. It's a big window because our delivery drivers adjust their routes daily, based on fuel efficiency. The good news? You do not need to be at home! Your order is custom packed in a plastic tote, lined with insulating material and ice packs. We guarantee the freshness of everything inside until midnight on the day of your delivery. This includes your frozen items too. We'll pick up all the reusable materials upon your next delivery or scheduled pick up.
What is a certified organic online grocer? [back to top]
Our whole business is certified organic, just like an apple or a box of crackers. This means that our facilities and processes are subject to strict rules, approved by the National Organic Program (NOP), and regulated by the USDA. What it means for you is that our entire business is audited by a thrid party on a regular basis to ensure that all of our organic products are what we say they are.
Because of this auditing process, and our online business model, we can trace every product we send to your home all the way back to the date it was received. In the case of a recall we can actually identify and notify individuals who received a recalled product. It's a whole other level of transparency and safety that a brick-and-mortar store could never attain.

A product bearing the USDA Organic seal has been subject to rigorous regulations designed to protect humans from harmful chemicals & pesticides, to protect the environment, and to protect livestock. Yes! 100% of our fresh produce is certified organic, 100% of the time. Unlike other “natural” grocery retailers, you never have to read the fine print to know if your produce is organic.
What are GMO's? [back to top]
A Genetically Modified Organism (GMO) is an organism (animal or plant) that is created in a laboratory. Scientists interbreed two completely separate species to produce the new organism. Absolutely! We support local companies and producers — we're local too! The Rocky Mountain region has so many amazing farmers and ranchers who raise products perfectly suited to the local environment. Our USDA certified organic lamb from the mountains of northern New Mexico, or quinoa produced high in the San Juan Mountains reflect the best of our unique region.
We work directly with Colorado farmers and producers. Orchards like Ela Family Farms use their experience as Colorado natives to produce the tastiest fruit imaginable. Greenhouse operations like Circle Fresh Farms and Hazel Dell Mushrooms allow us to bring you local produce all year long.
